Verizon Wireless announced the availability of Dynamic Mobile Network Routing to improve and enhance the ability of enterprise customers to seamlessly integrate their wireline and wireless networks.  The solution will be part of an expanding portfolio of wireless offerings available to enterprise customers from the newly formed Global Enterprise and Government Sales Team. The global team is comprised of six vertically aligned vice presidents who, along with their staffs and support organizations, will provide enterprise and government customers with industry-specific wireless solutions that go far beyond traditional voice and data products to include machine-to-machine solutions, cloud computing and more.  Global communication solutions, jointly delivered with partners Vodafone and Verizon Business, will be significant to this effort.

Dynamic Mobile Network Routing is an example of the solutions that leverage the nation’s most reliable 3G data network to benefit the enterprise. Dynamic Mobile Network Routing is ideal for companies in the manufacturing, retail, financial and public safety sectors and gives the enterprise the ability to extend their wide area network (WAN). The solution is designed to communicate on a company’s private network with any device connected to an Evolution-Data Optimized (EV-DO) wireless wide area network (WWAN) router, including PCs, notebooks and ATMs.  Dynamic Mobile Network Routing provides a more cost-effective, scalable solution than is currently available. Verizon Wireless is the first wireless company to offer this type of mobile private network routing solution, which is critical to customers looking to expand mobile endpoints.
